Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all memberships from us on this Website, unless stated otherwise.
At ASTELLAR TECH LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We process refunds in accordance with the EU and Romanian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy").
Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to consumer's rights under the EU and Romanian Consumer Law.
Please read this Policy before making a purchase, so that you understand your rights as well as what you can expect from us in the event that you are not happy with your purchase.
- (a) Under the EU and Romanian Consumer Law:

Your purchases of our memberships are protected according to the EU and Romanian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- - to cancel your service membership with us; and
- - to get a refund for paid membership that do not satisfy your interests and initial request.
- (b) We offer refunds in accordance with the EU and Romanian Consumer Law.
- (c) The EU and Romanian Consumer Law provides a set of Consumer Guarantees which protect consumers when they buy electronic goods and services.
- (d) If the EU and Romanian Consumer Law applies, then we cannot avoid the Consumer Guarantees which it provides. If there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the EU and Romanian Consumer Law, the EU and Romanian Consumer Law will prevail.
Once Your initial membership plan (3-day Trial Membership, hereinafter the “Initial membership”) comes to an end, for Your convenience, Your membership will automatically be renewed for a 14 (fourteen) days’ Membership subscription (hereinafter “billing period” and Membership.
As explained in this Policy You cancel Your membership before the 3 days are up, there will be no further charge. The first payment of 44.99 EUR will be charged after 3 days, and subsequently each 14 days after. The link for cancellation of the membership will be sent in the first email. For example, if the first payment is due on January 31st, the next payment is due on February 3rd and the subsequent payment will be on 17th of February. Please note that You must cancel Your membership before it renews for a subsequent 14 days’ billing period in order to avoid the next 14 days’ Membership fee. The Membership fees are charged automatically and on a recurring basis until You cancel Your Membership. You can also cancel Your Membership at any time.
The discount rate may be applied on the current and upcoming campaigns. The prices are subject to offers, discounts and changes in favour of the customer may be applied at any time, You will be notified by email beforehand. Please note that we reserve the right to alter discount amount from 10% to 50% (usually varies individually), the exact percentage of discount is sent by email notification before the re-bill charge.
Trial Membership fee (Membership fee) is 1.95 EUR for the first 3 days. If You cancel Your membership before the 3 days are up, there will be no further charge. The first payment of 44.99 EUR will be charged after 3 days, and subsequently each following 14 days. You will be charged in your local currency based the exchange rate at the moment of your purchase - 1.95 EUR for Trial Service and 44.99 EUR since the first day after the Trial Service period end up correspondingly.
The billing system used by the Site or our authorized agents provides extensive credit card fraud protection measures and includes many features to protect users from accidental charges. We will issue refunds in our sole and absolute discretion. We also do not accept refunds based on individual sensitivities or intolerances. All requests for refunds must be made by the person who originally purchased the membership. Once we receive Your request, it will be reviewed and processed. We do not provide cash refunds; the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer by our authorized billing agent.
If an issued refund is for a recurring billing, only the most recent payment will be refunded. A refund for a recurring billing will result in an immediate cancellation of recurring service.
- (a) You may contact us to discuss a return using the details at the end of this Policy.
- (b) We will pay any refunds in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card as was used to make the original purchase.
- (c) All requests for refunds must be made by the person who originally purchased the membership.
